Hard Enamel Pins

Outstanding service from Hilda Wang at Vast Promos. She kept me updated every step of the way, from order confirmation to production and shipping. Her communication was prompt, professional, and reassuring. My pin arrived exactly as promised and the entire experience felt personal and seamless. Highly recommend both Hilda and Vast Promos.

This was my second order from Vast Promos, and I’m very happy with both the quality and the price. The customer support was excellent. Serena guided me throughout the process and was very helpful when we had trouble deciding on the colors. Shipping was incredibly fast as well. I would highly recommend them.

Really satisfied with the final outcome. Product quality is also excellent. The consultation process with Suen was fast and smooth. Would definitely recommend.

I asked to Olivia Guo for an help and she guided all my experience with the production of the pins, from the desing to the final product. I also asked for a very short amount of time and she send it to me in less than we said. I raccomended it for everything!

A fantastic experience. I wanted metal pins for my science team using a logo one is our student's had drawn. Vast put together concept drawings for us very quickly, were happy for us to iterate a couple of times to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, then sent them on to us, with the whole process taking less than a month, including a lot of slow responses on my side. The pins are exactly what we wanted, and were at the quoted price, which was much cheaper than other options (eg Etsy). The quality was very good, with lovely detailing. They were very good at keeping in touch and taking care of the customer. Overall, I would without question order again, and would recommend in a heartbeat.

We ordered 200 pins and were in contact with Carol Chen. She was very understanding of our limited budget, responded quickly to our messages, and managed to send us the pins in record time because we placed our order late and needed them quickly. The result is perfect, and the pins are high quality! We are grateful for this efficiency! We look forward to ordering from you again!

We are very pleased with the custom pins produced for our congress. The quality of the pins is excellent, and the final result exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Serena, who provided outstanding support throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, precision, and professionalism made the collaboration smooth and efficient. We highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Honestly fantastic service, delivery, and product. Many thanks to Nora for working with the fine lines in my design and thinking dynamically about how the best result could be achieved. And she made sure they were delivered on time! I love my pins!

I have just recieved my first order from Charles and I am delighted with the end product. A crisp clear design and exactly what I asked for. Great communication with him and I was very surprised at how quickly after my order was placed it arrived at my door. A HUGE THANK YOU to him and his team. So from my own personal experience I would highly recommend him. I will definitely be back for more pins in the near future.

I've been collaborating with Vast Promos for 2+ years so far and they basically helped me to start my enamel pin business and make 100+ designs. My first order was placed for 8 different designs, then I thought that I will get a reply in 2 months but I received a message that my pins are made after 2 weeks. Since then I am getting pins only from them. They can do glitter, moving pins, 3D, double plating and more. The pins are light and look very decent, like a jewelry. B Grades are rarely there and if there is an issue with the whole batch, they offer a solution. The representatives are very patient and they helped me with the whole learning curve (thank you once again Amy and Jason!), because there is a lot to learn about making and designing enamel pins. The prices are great too and they meet EU regulations. Seriously, if you are thinking about starting enamel pins, search no more. I didn't have the need to change the manufacturer for 2 years and not planning to in the nearest future, they are this good.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The quality of the enamel pins was excellent, with clean details, accurate colours, and exactly what I was hoping for. The backing cards were printed on sturdy, aesthetically pleasing cardboard, with high-quality, sharp print that complemented the pins perfectly. Communication was smooth and professional throughout the whole process. Mia was invaluable, responsive and patient, which made everything feel easy and well organised. Big thanks as well to the whole team behind the scenes, you can really feel the care and experience in the final product. I’ll happily work with them again and can highly recommend them. Patrycja

Mia provided excellent customer service as the pins produced were of amazing quality. Ordering 22,000 pins for our event Vast Promos produced the pins and delivered in a matter of weeks. I would use Vast Promos again with confidence.

It was my first time with Vast Promos and I highly recommand the services! I was taken in charge by Serena and she made all her possible to quickly anserw my multiples questions and request. She just helped a lot for my project. I recieved exactly the pins I wanted and on time thanks to her !!
