I was interested in challenge coins, filled in the form and within the day I was contacted. I must admit I didn't expect contact over Whatsapp but it turned out to an easy way to communicate. Ray Chen was super friendly and listened to what I said. The result was briljant. It was exactly what I hoped for and I am a very happy customer.

Karen, my customer service representative, was attentive, knowledgeable, and went through many design iterations with me until I was satisfied. I am so happy with the results and cannot wait to receive my commemorative coins.

I contacted Vast after a different challenge coin supplier provided me a very poor quality coin. After having no hope, I sent an email to Vast and I was contacted by Ray who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He provided an amazing service and lightening fast replies to all my questions. After a few minor beneficial changes to the design, sample coins were made and I was sent photos and videos of the physical coin for me to look over prior to production. I was very impressed with the quality and the coins were even better in person with shipping to the UK only taking 3 days. Great company with some really good people working there such as Ray. Due to this I will continue to use Vast for all future products. You will not regret using this company!

My second time ordering custom coins and they didn't disappoint.. Nancy was very efficient and always updating me by email. Highly recommend.

Their team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. These coins are not only visually stunning but also durable and well-made. I highly recommend Vast Promos to anyone looking for unique, high-quality coins for any occasion. Absolutely amazing work!”

Even though I was ordering my first product of this type, the representative Clarie made the process simple, intuitive, pleasant and predictable, which boosted my confidence. Clarie was helpful and patient, her feedback prompted me to re-imagine my product and come up with a much more ambitious design, vastly increasing my happiness with it. Can't stop looking at it.

The ongoing consultation between me the client and my contact at Vast Promos. We came up with an initial design, made some minor tweaks, saw and approved the proof and then waited for the product to arrive in Canada. Which it did in a timely manner. Company representative was friendly and easy to deal with. Would definitely come back again. Thanks Mia for your collaboration and team’s good work. Roger Monette

I’ve been wanting tokens for my hobby for years! Eve helped me through the entire process from taking my hand-drawn image and providing a mock-up for how it would look to delivering these great looking coins.
