I ordered sew on patches and badges from this company. Very happy with the result of both products. Serena was very helpful and kind throughout the production process, making sure everything was perfect with my order. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again and the quality of the products was great.

Serena has been brilliant from start to finish. Her customer service has been responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the. The pin badges we received are excellent quality — really well made, with great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I have used Vast Promos. I supplied an image of the logo I wanted on a pin badge, the proof and the quote arrived back within 24 hours. Nora Xue who handled the order was very helpful, efficient and friendly. The product was delivered in around 2 weeks and I am delighted with the result. Thank you to Nora and the Vast Promos team! I thoroughly recommend and will be using them again.

I used Vast Promos to create soft enamel pin badges using my artwork and I would highly recommend. I was worried that they would make changes to my artwork that I didn’t like or change it too much but they did an amazing job! From submitting my first quote to paying for the final product to be made, it was a very easy process. I would personally like to thank Serena for how efficient she was in replying to emails, sorting out the artwork for me and for overall being great at customer service. I am looking forward to seeing the final product and am very likely to use Vast Promos for more of my artwork in the future.

We have been working with Serena Wang with many different designs and her work and design team have been excellent and the quality of badges are excellent i hope to work with Serena and her team for many years as has been a pleasure.

I dealt with Company representative Charles Zhou. From the beginning, Charles was helpful. Any enquiries were dealt with swiftly. The item I requested were designed to my absolute satisfaction. Items were delivered at an amazing amount of time despite being despatched from overseas. The items arrived as I requested. The packaging was very safe and the items arrived in very good condition. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking like items( mine were patches) or badges. If you are lucky, you will also have the opportunity to deal with Charles Zhou. Anthony Astley

With the fast shipping, the mistake was rectified quickly and to my satisfaction. I would absolutely order from them again.
