Incredible quality. Genuinely amazing.

Outstanding service from Hilda Wang at Vast Promos. She kept me updated every step of the way, from order confirmation to production and shipping. Her communication was prompt, professional, and reassuring. My pin arrived exactly as promised and the entire experience felt personal and seamless. Highly recommend both Hilda and Vast Promos.

We ordered PVC keychains from this company. Suen was very helpful, replying quickly, sending mock up designs and explaining the process easily. Thanks Suen!

This was my second order from Vast Promos, and I’m very happy with both the quality and the price. The customer support was excellent. Serena guided me throughout the process and was very helpful when we had trouble deciding on the colors. Shipping was incredibly fast as well. I would highly recommend them.

A fantastic experience. I wanted metal pins for my science team using a logo one is our student's had drawn. Vast put together concept drawings for us very quickly, were happy for us to iterate a couple of times to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, then sent them on to us, with the whole process taking less than a month, including a lot of slow responses on my side. The pins are exactly what we wanted, and were at the quoted price, which was much cheaper than other options (eg Etsy). The quality was very good, with lovely detailing. They were very good at keeping in touch and taking care of the customer. Overall, I would without question order again, and would recommend in a heartbeat.

We ordered 200 pins and were in contact with Carol Chen. She was very understanding of our limited budget, responded quickly to our messages, and managed to send us the pins in record time because we placed our order late and needed them quickly. The result is perfect, and the pins are high quality! We are grateful for this efficiency! We look forward to ordering from you again!

For our event Runeheim, we ordered both enamel pins and embroidered patches, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of both products was excellent, and the designs were reproduced beautifully. The pins and patches were extremely popular with our visitors. In fact, every single pinor patch sold out during the event, which speaks volumes about how well they were received. Throughout the entire process, Serena was incredibly helpful and professional. Communication was clear and pleasant, she was always willing to assist when needed, and she made sure everything arrived on time for our event. This gave us great peace of mind during an otherwise very busy preparation period. We are very grateful for the excellent service and high-quality products, and we would not hesitate to recommend Serena to others. We look forward to working together again in the future.

I ordered some metal coins as advertising for my business. Nora helped me from the first moment until i received them, always there with updates and positive energy. The coins look amazing and just as i imagined them. Thank you for everything!

We are very pleased with the custom pins produced for our congress. The quality of the pins is excellent, and the final result exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Serena, who provided outstanding support throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, precision, and professionalism made the collaboration smooth and efficient. We highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again in the future.
